How to Apply;

Stir the paint with a drill stirrer or wooden baton at least 2” wide. Apply by brush, solvent resistant roller or spray. The product must be thoroughly stirred to give a uniform consistency prior to application. It is recommended that the contents are stirred periodically during application to avoid settlement. Palatine Professional Shed & Fence is supplied at the correct viscosity for direct brush application. If thinning is required use White Spirit.  If applying to pressure treated or previously painted timber, please carry out a small test patch for compatibility and that adhesion is achieved. In order to obtain the best results it is important that the correct rate of application is achieved. The minimum application temperature is 10°C. For very porous timber you will require a solvent based sealer, this will avoid colour inconsistency when resin is absorbed into the surface at inconsistent levels. The required thickness of the coating may be built up by successive applications when the previous coat is completely dry. Clean tools and equipment with  White Spirit.
