Incorrectly ordered goods can be returned for credit providing that they are not damaged in any way, and that we are notified in writing within 7 working days of delivery stating the invoice number of your order. We will credit the value of the returned items less a 20% handling charge and a £5 admin fee. the cost of return carriage must be paid by the buyer. No refunds or replacements will be considered until the original goods have been inspected – goods returned in a saleable condition with all packaging, components etc
Any custom orders of bespoke gates or panels cannot be refunded as they made to the buyer’s specifications.
Under the EU Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of receipt of your goods by informing the Seller by e-mail to email@example.com. However the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return carriage fees of unopened goods. If the returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of the damage. Goods Damaged – We ask that you check your delivery within 24 hours and notify us of any damages to the materials you have purchased, if there is anything that has been damaged during delivery we ask that you email a picture of the product(s) to us at email@example.com. Once we’ve received the email we will look to get the materials exchanged as soon as is possible with our delivery schedule. However Please note, Timber is a natural product which is affected by temperature and moisture and thus can expand, fade, crack or split. This doesn’t diminish the overall quality of the products supplied.
